Do you want to return your order or part of it? No problem. You have a 30-day return period.

Within Germany, we charge a processing fee of €3.90 per order. For returns outside of Germany, the fee is €5.90. The processing fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.

When and how do I get my money back?

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Return processing can take up to 14 days. Depending on the payment method, the amount will then be refunded immediately or shortly thereafter, less a processing fee.

My item is broken. What should I do?
